When will I receive my order?
Processing time is 2-3 business days and shipping timeframe is 3-5 business days from the date the tracking information is provided.
All packages are sent via USPS and require signature confirmation.
 What if I need to cancel an order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancelations will not be permissible.
What if I provided the wrong address for shipping purposes?
Send us an email directly to hello@skinbutta.com immediately in order for us to make the address change. If the package has been sent and tracking information has been provided to you before you requested an address change, we are not responsible.
How long will my product last?
Since our products are natural and do not contain any preservatives, we recommend using them within 6 months.
Why has my butter melted and/or hardened?
Our butters will be affected by different temperatures; however, it does not affect the quality or performance of the product.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
No refunds or exchanges. Due to the nature of our products and for your safety, returns are not permissible under any circumstances. However, we want you to be 100% pleased with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product or have any questions, please email us at hello@skinbutta.com.
